MORE ABOUT YOUR TREEHOUSE VACATION
|
This resort is quite different from the traditional resort or vacation motel you
may have patronized in the past. It is based on the concept of Timesharing.
Normally each owner used his own week, but occasionally he elects not to use it
and permits it to be enjoyed by someone on a rental basis. In a very real sense
you will be a guest on their completely furnished home and they want you to use
it as if you were the owner. Because the responsibility for and loss of
contents, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, remains with the owner of the
week from whom you are renting, a security deposit is required. For the
protection of all concerned, an inspection and inventory is taken during the
cleaning period after each occupant leaves. According to the report of the Head
of Housekeeping, any costs to correct damage (other than normal wear and tear)
or shortages will be deducted from the Security Deposit before it is returned to
you approximately one week after your stay. We will appreciate your group being
considerate and responsible guests.
